Pay Your Utility Bill

Chisago City sends bills out quarterly for sewer and water services.  Residents and businesses have several options to pay their bills as follows:

1. PAY IT ONLINE.  We do accept online utility bill payments with a Visa or MasterCard credit card.  The first time you pay online, you will have to register; after that, payments are an easy 3-step process.  Chisago City added this feature through PSN (Payment Services Network).  
2. BY PHONE.  Through PSN (Payment Services Network), you can pay by credit card free of charge. Call toll-free 877-885-7968.  Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number. 
3. BY MAIL.  Send payments to Chisago City Hall.
4. IN PERSON.  Bring payments to Chisago City Hall during office hours or deposit in our after hours drop box located at Chisago City Hall next to the front door.  Please deposit payments by check only.
