RESIDENT NOTICE-STREET MAINTENANCE – MILL & OVERLAY

 

RE: Isle Drive and Isle Court Street Improvements

The City of Chisago City will be conducting street maintenance improvements on Isle Drive and Isle Court on October 12 and October 13. This work is part of the City’s ongoing pavement maintenance program and is intended to preserve the condition and service life of the roadway.

PROJECT INFORMATION

Location: Isle Drive and Isle Court
Work: Milling of the existing pavement surface followed by placement of a new asphalt overlay.

WHAT RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT

  • Traffic: Temporary lane closures and traffic restrictions may occur during construction.
  • Driveway Access: There may be brief periods when driveway access is limited. Crews will make every effort to maintain access whenever possible.
  • Parking: Please do not park vehicles on Isle Drive or Isle Court during construction hours.
  • Construction Conditions: Residents should expect construction equipment, noise, dust, and other typical roadway construction activity.

 

The construction schedule may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The city will communicate significant schedule changes as information becomes available.
